仿Magnus法观察了生川烏、白芨及其合剂对家兔多种离体平滑肌組織的作用,并用股动脈給药法观察蟾蜍腓肠肌对电刺激的反应。結果发现药物能促使子宫附属韌带、阴道、子宮及十二指肠兴奋;5%生川烏浸出液能阻断蟾蜍离体腓肠肌神經肌肉接头处的传递。平滑肌实验的給药剂型,摹拟了临床給药方式,将烏芨散配成混悬液,另外使用了浸出液、单味药及酸性液进行对照。为使药物及时接触各横紋肌纤维,蟾蜍腓肠肌实驗采用由股动脈給药的方法。平滑肌結果說明,引起阳性反应主要是生川烏的作用,并排除合剂混悬液中顆粒及氢离子浓度的非特異性刺激作用。实驗初步結果提示了烏芨散治疗子宮脫垂有效的原因,可能是恢复和加强了子宫支持功能的結果。
Imitation Magnus method was used to observe the effects of Shengchuanwu, Baiqi and its mixture on various isolated smooth muscle tissues of rabbits. The femoral artery administration method was used to observe the response of gastrocnemius to electrical stimulation. Results found that drugs can promote the uterus attached to the ligaments, vagina, uterus and duodenum excitement; 5% Shengchuanwu leachate can block the transfer of isolated gastrocnemius neuromuscular junction. The dosage form of the smooth muscle experiment was designed as a clinical administration method. The Chinese wolfberry was randomly distributed into a suspension, and a leachate, a single herb, and an acidic liquid were used as controls. In order to promptly contact the drugs with each striated muscle fiber, the gastrocnemius muscle experiment was performed using the method of administration from the femoral artery. The results of smooth muscles indicated that the positive reaction was mainly caused by the effect of Shengchuanwu, and the non-specific stimulation of particles and hydrogen ions concentration in the mixture suspension was eliminated. The preliminary results of the experiment suggest that the reason for the effective treatment of uterine prolapse by Wuzhi Powder may be the result of restoring and strengthening the uterus support function.
