In the previous section, we showcase the growth stories of excellent, chaste teachers in three phases and try to find out the rules. It should be noted that there is no absolute correspondence between the level of work of the class teacher and the age. Although some young teachers have just started to work as teacher in charge of class, they are highly qualified, diligent in study and strong in understanding. They can become individual class teachers in two or three years and become core class teachers in six or seven years. The most famous example is million Wei.
