自中国引入社会工作理论开始,对本土化社会工作理论的研究与探索便成为社会工作适应中国社会管理和社会建设的重要议题。近年来,随着内部经济的发展社工服务不断向内地转移。在湖南出现了显著的“本土化”需求不足。此次通过访谈调研株洲大同社工机构的社工、服务对象并且访谈政府部门的有关负责人,从政策到实践亲身了解了湖南省民办社工机构“本土化难”情况。针对所了解的问题得出提高满意度是促进本土化的先决条件的结论。并给出了提高我省民办社工机构服务满意度的建议。
Since the introduction of social work theory in China, the research and exploration of the theory of localized social work has become an important topic for social work to adapt to the social management and social construction in China. In recent years, with the development of the internal economy, social service has been continuously shifted to the Mainland. In Hunan there has been a marked “localization” shortage of demand. Through interviews with social workers in Datong, Zhuzhou, social workers agencies and interviews with relevant government officials, from policy to practice to understand the private-owned social workers in Hunan Province “localization ” situation. It is the conclusion of the preconditions for promoting localization that the increased satisfaction with the understanding of the problem. And gives suggestions on how to improve the service satisfaction of private social workers in our province.
