本文认为,在我国工业化进程和工人权利意识发育的背景下,人力资源管理的对象发生了代际转移,带来了与传统权威式领导的冲突,产生了高比例的员工流动以及劳资纠纷,从而形成了企业的人力资源管理工作一系列挑战。解决这些挑战的根本路径在于人力资源管理机制必须回归基本面,员工的安全、体面、尊严和幸福等普世价值要渗透到企业经营管理的每一个环节与细节中。为此,构建以人事法务、福利关怀和劳资沟通为核心的企业劳动管理体系迫在眉睫。
This paper argues that under the background of the industrialization process and the development of workers’ rights awareness in our country, the object of human resource management has shifted from generation to generation, bringing conflicts with the traditional authoritative leaders, resulting in a high proportion of employee turnover and labor disputes. Formed a series of human resources management enterprise challenges. The fundamental way to solve these challenges lies in the human resources management mechanism must be returned to the fundamentals. The universal value of employee safety, dignity, dignity and happiness should permeate every aspect and detail of the enterprise management. For this reason, it is imperative to establish an enterprise labor management system with personnel legal affairs, welfare care and labor communication as the core.
