从水稻田细菌中分离并筛选出对普遍发生,危害严重的水稻白叶枯病菌有很强拮抗作用,分泌抗菌蛋白的芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.)。用异步培养法及平板扩散法对4属8种植物病原细菌进行抗菌活性测定,结果表明能强烈抑制 xanthomonads 和 pseudomonads 内4种细菌的增殖。选用金氏培养基 B,37℃下,经24小时振荡培养后,可用硫酸铵沉淀法从培养液中分离出较多抑制病原菌生长的蛋白。进一步研究这一蛋白质的特性和克隆此抗性基因,将是利用现代生物技术防治水稻白叶枯病等严重病害的关键。
