看看你的DVD遥控器,数一数有多少个按钮你从来都没有碰过。复杂的界面和功能,会像公路上的减速带一样降低用户的效率。简单反而更加亲近用户,任何无关紧要的要素都应该毫不犹豫的剔除。多年来,人们只要一跟技术活沾边就都会遇上麻烦:把手机设置成某种状态,把笔记本电脑接到等离子显示器上,在一个长达3屏包含113个链接的网页上查找天气信息。本来应该给我们带来便利的技术,经常又好像是在和我们作对一般。复杂的产品很吸引人,但是不可持续。增加的功能越多,就越难发现真正对用户有价值的新功能,这样盲目添加的新功能早晚会变成垃圾功能。增加复杂性意味着产品维护成本越来越高,而且也越来越难以灵活应对
