通过田间试验,研究了不同硒肥用量对紫花苜蓿草产量、品质及养分吸收的影响。结果表明:适量施硒可提高紫花苜蓿产量、株高、叶茎比,促进紫花苜蓿生长,以施硒0.45 kg hm-2效果最好。同时施硒提高了紫花苜蓿粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量,降低了粗纤维含量,以施硒量0.45 kg hm-2效果最好,其粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪含量分别达到16.28%、6.29%和8.56%,比对照增幅分别为18.68%,45.60%和9.88%,粗纤维含量为34.92%,减幅为3.50%。施硒还促进了紫花苜蓿对N、P、K的吸收,以0.45 kg hm-(2S4处理)效果最明显。紫花苜蓿硒含量和吸收量随施硒量的增加而增加,施硒量与植株硒含量和吸收量的相关系数分别为0.977**和0.988**,达极显著正相关。
Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different selenium dosages on the yield, quality and nutrient absorption of alfalfa. The results showed that appropriate amount of selenium could improve the yield of alfalfa, plant height, leaf-stem ratio, and promote the growth of alfalfa. The best application of selenium was 0.45 kg hm-2. At the same time, application of selenium increased alfalfa crude protein, crude fat and crude ash content, reduced the crude fiber content, with the best selenium content 0.45 kg hm-2, the crude protein, crude ash, crude fat content reached 16.28% , 6.29% and 8.56%, respectively, which increased by 18.68%, 45.60% and 9.88% respectively compared with the control. The crude fiber content was 34.92%, a decrease of 3.50%. Selenium also promoted alfalfa N, P, K absorption, the effect of 0.45 kg hm- (2S4 treatment) the most obvious. The content and absorption of selenium in alfalfa increased with the increase of selenium content. The correlation coefficient of selenium content with selenium content and absorption of alfalfa was 0.977 ** and 0.988 **, respectively, reaching extremely significant positive correlation.
