美国“9·11”恐怖事件发生之后,视频会议开始广为大家重视。因为利用这种通讯方式,无需长途旅行就能实现异地的远程会议。人们似乎一夜之间惊醒:原来召开视频会议是如此便捷！面临经济萧条的不利环境,很多企业开始争先恐后地采用视频会议以减少差旅费用,节省时间、人力资源,提高办公效率。 沟通更真实 企业的需求 随着社会的进步,政务、商务活动所需要的交流越来越多。由于传统的通讯工具如电话、传真等无法达到“面对面”的沟通效果,很多人不得不经常到外地开会。
After the “9.11” terrorist incident in the United States, video conferencing began to attract everyone’s attention. Because of the use of this means of communication, long distance travel can be accomplished remotely without the need for long trips. People seem to wake up overnight: the original video conference is so convenient! Faced with the adverse economic recession, many companies are scrambling to use video conferencing to reduce travel costs, save time and human resources, improve office efficiency. Communicating More Realistic Business Needs As society has progressed, more exchanges are needed for government and business activities. Because traditional communication tools such as telephones and faxes can not achieve the “face-to-face” communication effect, many people have to meet frequently in the field.
