目的探讨大学新生自我和谐的程度对其焦虑情绪的影响,为有针对性的提供大学新生心理健康干预的模式提供理论依据。方法使用统一的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和王登峰编制的自我和谐量表(SCCS),对821名新生进行调查。结果1自我与经验不和谐水平及自我灵活性水平不同的学生焦虑水平差异有显著性。2焦虑与自我和谐及其各因子间都存在显著相关。3自我刻板性、自我与经验不和谐、自我灵活性对焦虑评分均有正性影响。结论可以通过提高大学生的自我和谐程度来改善其焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the influence of freshmen’s self-harmony on their anxiety, and to provide a theoretical basis for the targeted mode of providing mental health intervention for college freshmen. Methods A total of 821 freshmen were investigated using the Unified Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Consistency Scale (SCCS) compiled by Wang Dengfeng. Results 1 There was significant difference in anxiety level between students with different level of self-experience and self-flexibility. There is a significant correlation between anxiety and self-harmony and its various factors. 3 self-rigidity, self-incompatibility with experience, and self-flexibility have positive effects on anxiety scores. Conclusion It can improve the anxiety of college students by improving their self-harmony.
