北京精雕:中国机床工业的后起之秀

北京精雕在中国机床行业普遍遭遇困难的环境下,抓住市场机遇脱颖而出。进入新世纪、特别是2010年以来,得益于智能手机的大发展,在轻型数控机床方面取得了巨大的成就,目前是能够和日本FANUC公司一决高下的中国新兴机床企业。本文分析研究了北京精雕20多年的发展历程和当前情况。该企业成立20多年,企业在每个发展时期,都能抓住当时一个非常重要的(大规模)市场,而且每一步都实现了技术的升级;采取现实和变通的技术手段实现突破,产品研发围绕用户展开,满足广大客户的需求;在产品热销时居安思危,不断考察新的客户热点、安排研发布局。这是在完全市场竞争中“杀”出来的优秀代表。近五年,中国机床行业总体压力很大。随着2003-2011年中国经济高速增长期的结束,制造业上游的机床企业提前感受到制造业的寒意,尤其是服务于传统制造业的中重型机床企业。为什么北京精雕能够逆势而上,成为新兴企业的代表?除了它从控制系统出发,不受原机床工业分工过细的限制外,重要的一点是它的风格:在其成长历程中,为了企业生存必须提前布局、敏锐观察动向,包括现有产品的需求可能衰弱及其他地方需求可能兴起;其次是生产产品与下游客户高度互动,边听边改,产品快速修正迭代。在这一历程中企业也受到锻炼。本文结合行业其他企业的反馈,对北京精雕为代表的一批中国新兴装备企业的发展规律,以及中国机床工业下一步发展的启示进行了思考。机床乃国之重器,作为世界第二大经济体,这个行业的制高点必须有中国的一席之地。北京精雕和大连光洋、济二机床等新兴机床企业一样,将成为中国在供给侧结构性改革中的顶梁柱,成为中国装备制造工业的新排头兵。 Beijing carved in the machine tool industry in China generally encountered difficulties in the environment, to seize the market opportunities come to the fore.
