针对非汉语环境下与基础教育体制内的汉语教学属于基础阶段的汉语教学,这类教学既异于针对其他学习者的汉语教学,又在不同国家之间具有共性。针对这类需求的汉语教学标准,在制定时应当考虑几个关键的问题:第一,以交际能力培养为目标应同时重视汉语交际能力的形成基础;第二,要采用交际能力量表作为教学内容的描述方式;第三,交际能力必须通过汉语及其文化要素来落实;第四,教学目标、学习目标与教学内容要通过交际任务来关联。
The Chinese teaching under the non-Chinese context and the basic education system belongs to the basic stage of Chinese teaching. This kind of teaching is different from the Chinese teaching for other learners and has commonality among different countries. In order to meet the needs of Chinese teaching standards, several key issues should be considered in the formulation: First, the communicative competence training should also attach importance to the formation of communicative competence in Chinese; Second, we should use the communicative competence scale as a teaching method Content description; Third, communication skills must be implemented through Chinese and its cultural elements; Fourth, teaching objectives, learning objectives and teaching content to be associated through the communication task.
