一、引言自主学习策略的核心是要发挥学生学习的主动性、积极性,充分体现学生的认知主体作用。Cohen(1998)指出,“策略训练就是明确的教学生怎样将语言学习与语言使用策略运用于实践。策略训练能够促使学生付出更大的努力以实现语言计划目标,因为它鼓励学生找到各自成功的方法,这样就提高了学习者自主”。外语自主学习策略训练的主要目标是帮助学习者成为“更好”的语言学习者。学习者只有能够识别和使用各种合适的学习策略,才可能有效地自主学习。
