利用预辐照线型低密度聚乙烯(rLLDPE)引发基体LLDPE的长链支化反应,制备出长链支化LLDPE。研究了辐照剂量、rLLDPE用量对长链支化反应的影响,并通过熔体流动速率测试、凝胶渗透色谱、13CNMR和扭矩试验对长链支化LLDPE进行了表征。结果表明:与基体LLDPE相比,长支链化LLDPE的熔体流动速率下降,加工扭矩下降,熔体流动速率比(M10/M2)明显增大;形成长链支化的最佳辐照剂量为15kGy、rLLDPE最佳用量为50%;由13CNMR方法计算的长链支化数达1.4/10000C。
Long chain branching LLDPE was prepared using pre-irradiated linear low density polyethylene (rLLDPE) to initiate the long chain branching reaction of the matrix LLDPE. The effects of irradiation dose and rLLDPE dosage on the long chain branching reaction were investigated. The long chain branched LLDPE was characterized by melt flow rate, gel permeation chromatography, 13CNMR and torque tests. The results showed that the melt flow rate of long-branched LLDPE decreased, the processing torque decreased, and the melt flow rate ratio (M10 / M2) increased significantly compared with the LLDPE matrix. The best radiation dose Is 15kGy, the best dosage of rLLDPE is 50%; the number of long chain branches calculated by 13CNMR method is 1.4 / 10000C.
