教学是一个不断探索的过程:最初,我们总是将知识细细梳理、耐心讲解,力求面面俱到,唯恐丢掉了哪个知识点,觉得那样就是失职。随着所教学段的知识逐渐纯熟,俯视、驾驭学科知识的能力越来越强,教学思想和方法也随之改变。觉得当初的想法未必尽然。因起初的教学从知识立意,而到后来,则逐渐转变为方法立意,甚至是能力立意。所以教学的主导思想改变了,方法自然随之改变。不可否认,有些学科的知识需教师精细讲解的程
Teaching is a process of continuous exploration: Initially, we always meticulously categorized our knowledge, explained it patiently, and strived to be comprehensive, lest we lose any knowledge, and feel that it is dereliction of duty. As the knowledge of the teaching section becomes more mature, the ability to overlook and control the subject knowledge becomes stronger and stronger, and the teaching ideas and methods will change accordingly.
