一、总体概况2013年第二季度通过广西人才网联系统招聘人才的用人单位(简称用人单位,下同)共11022家,需求人才数134888人,求职人才数为185016人,人才供求比为1.37(即人才需求人数或职位数为1时,人才供给或求职人才数为1.37,下同)。其中广西人才网联系统中用人单位数比去年同期增长了14.98%,求职人才数与去年同期相比基本持平,仅下降0.09%,而需求人才数比去年同期减少了4.89%,由于需求持续下降,人才竞争压力有增无减。在各地市人才网站分布中,广西人才网主站中招聘人才的用人单位共有7297家,需求人才数84746人,求职人才数为139443人,占比分别为66.20%、62.83%和75.37%,人才供求比为1.65。
I. Overall Overview In the second quarter of 2013, there were 11,022 employers (referred to as employing units and the same below) of talent recruitment through Guangxi Talent Network in the second quarter of 2013 with a demand of 134,888, employing a total number of 186,016 and a labor supply-demand ratio of 1.37 (That is, the number of talent demand or number of jobs is 1, the number of talent supply or job seekers is 1.37, the same below). Among them, the number of employing units in the Guangxi Talent Network system increased by 14.98% over the same period of last year. The number of job-seekers was basically the same as that of the same period of last year, down by only 0.09%, while the number of required personnel decreased by 4.89% as compared with the same period of last year. Talent competition has been on the rise. In the distribution of talent websites in various cities and cities, there are totally 7,297 employers recruited by Guangxi Talent Network Master Station, with a total number of 84,746 talented people and 139,443 job-seekers, accounting for 66.20%, 62.83% and 75.37% respectively, Supply and demand ratio of 1.65.
