近年来,随着建筑业的飞速发展,新型建筑结构体系和个性化的建筑外形不断涌入人们的视野,大型化和复杂化是建筑结构发展的一大特点。结构形式的创新增加了施工过程中的风险,为建筑结构施工提出了新的技术难题,建筑施工方案的可行性和施工过程的安全性应得到充分保证。在产业升级的大环境下,建筑信息模型BIM得到越来越多的应用。传统钢结构施工技术存在构件结构复杂、信息共享工作量大等问题,采用BIM建模、可视化应用、信息管理共享应用,可解决该类问题。将BIM技术贯穿建筑项目决策阶段、设计阶段和施工阶段,可解决传统风险管理中的阶段性,低效性和被动胜等问题。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, the new building structure system and the individualized building appearance are constantly pouring into people’s eyes. Large-scale and complicated construction are one of the major features of the building structure. The innovation of the structure forms increases the risks in the construction process, raises new technical problems for the construction of the building structure, and the feasibility of the construction scheme and the safety of the construction process should be fully guaranteed. Under the environment of industrial upgrading, BIM has been applied more and more. The traditional steel structure construction technology has the problems of complex component structure and large workload of information sharing. Such problems can be solved by using BIM modeling, visualization application and information management sharing application. BIM technology throughout the construction project decision-making phase, design phase and construction phase, to solve the traditional risk management in the stage, inefficient and passive win and so on.
