节流式流量计是目前工业上应用得最广的一种流量计。但在许多场合,标准节流装置所要求的最小直管段长度无法满足,这就势必影响流量测量精度和节流装置的应用范围。整流器的发展是解决这一问题的有效途径。本文就国外整流器的几种结构型式、整流器的性能作了综述和比较,分析了局部阻力件对速度分布的影响和整流器的整流机理,并就有关问题提出一些看法。
Throttle flowmeter is currently the most widely used in industry, a flow meter. However, on many occasions, the minimum straight pipe length required by the standard throttling device can not be satisfied, which will inevitably affect the measurement accuracy of flow rate and the application range of the throttling device. Rectifier development is an effective way to solve this problem. This paper summarizes and compares the performance of several rectifier types and rectifiers in foreign countries, analyzes the influence of local resistance on the speed distribution and rectification mechanism of rectifiers, and puts forward some opinions on the related problems.
