大连日报常年坚持为当地省部属高校新闻专业的学生提供实习培训岗位。在十多年的“带实习生”过程中,我们发现随着时代和社会不断进步发展,学生的理解力和成熟度大幅提高,但对新闻专业的热爱和敏感度却未明显进步;学生对新媒体、自媒体的喜爱和熟练掌握度逐年提高,但自身的文笔淬炼和党的新闻观培养意识较为淡漠。此外,新闻专业学生的高考第一志愿率和毕业后从事新闻工作的意愿率 Dalian Daily perennial adhere to the local provincial and ministerial news professional students to provide internship training positions.
