目的研究临床分离的产Ⅰ型新德里金属β-内酰胺酶(NDM-1)耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对医院常用消毒剂的抗力。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对临床分离产NDM-1耐药鲍曼不动杆菌抗消毒剂能力进行研究,同时与消毒试验标准菌株作平行比较。结果以浓度为5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛、2 000 mg/L苄索氯铵、体积分数75%乙醇、20 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定醇对临床分离产NDM-1耐药鲍曼不动杆菌作用15 s,杀灭对数值均>5.00,结果与四种标准菌株完全一致。以有效碘5 178 mg/L聚维酮碘对产NDM-1耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和三种标准菌株作用15 s和对金黄色葡萄球菌作用60 s,杀灭对数值均>5.00。浓度为1 000 mg/L的十一酰胺丙基甜菜碱和聚六亚甲基胍作用60 s,对临床分离的产NDM-1耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.0,对大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均<5.0。结论临床分离的产NDM-1耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对上述消毒剂抗力与其标准菌株相当,且与其他标准菌株相比抗力持平或略低。
Objective To study the resistance of clinical isolates of Type Ⅰ New Delhi-type metal β-lactamase (NDM-1) -resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to commonly used disinfectants in hospitals. Methods The antibacterial activity of NDM-1 against Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinical isolates was investigated by the method of quantitative suspension test, and compared with the standard strain of disinfection test. Conclusion The clinical isolates of drug-resistant NDM-1-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii are comparable to their standard counterparts in resistance to the above disinfectants and have comparable or slightly lower resistance than other standard strains.
