Two patients with refractory hypertension received renal arterial desensitization at a district of cardiology of our hospital from 2012-03-26-04-06. The first patient had preoperative blood pressure of 140-210/60 to 100mmHg After the blood pressure 120 ~ 130/70 ~ 80mm-Hg; the second preoperative blood pressure 130 ~ 190/70 ~ 100mmHg, postoperative blood pressure 140 ~ 150/60 ~ 70mmHg.
