根据瑞士洛桑管理学院发表的2000年度《国际竞争力报告》,在世界47个国家和地区的竞争力排序中,我国国际竞争力总排名为第31位,比上年下降2位。国际竞争力评价主要包括8个要素,其中科技竞争力排在第28位,比上年下降3位;其他要素中,除“政府政策”、“基础设施”的位次保持不变外,分别比上年下降2~17位不等(见附表1)。
According to the 2000 International Competitiveness Report published by the Swiss Institute of Management in Lausanne, among the 47 countries and regions in the world, China ranks the 31st in terms of its international competitiveness ranking, down by 2 places over the previous year. The evaluation of international competitiveness mainly consists of eight elements, of which the competitiveness of science and technology ranks 28th, down 3 places from the previous year. Among the other factors, except for the rank of “government policy” and “infrastructure”, respectively, Down from 2 to 17 over the previous year (see Schedule 1).
