目的 :改进二维图像的描述和存储方式。材料和方法 :用基于边界点链码的数据结构 (线段表 )来描述和存储二维图像。结果 :利用改进后的二维图像的存储形式可快速确定图像的位置、中心点和主轴等几何参数 ,进而完成配准、融合等图像处理工作。结论 :本文提出的这种数据结构不仅可用于脑二维图像的配准 ,而且对其它二维图像的定量形态学计算也有效 ,并可大大降低存储空间和计算时间
Objective: To improve the description and storage of two-dimensional images. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two-dimensional images were described and stored using a data structure based on the boundary point chain code (line segment table). Results: The geometrical parameters such as the position, center point and main axis of the image can be quickly determined by using the improved two-dimensional image storage format, and the image processing such as registration and fusion is completed. Conclusion: This data structure proposed in this paper can be used not only for the registration of two-dimensional images in the brain, but also for the quantitative morphological calculation of other two-dimensional images and greatly reduce the storage space and calculation time
