在知识经济时代,人力资源是银行实力的基础,是银行竞争优势的核心力和发展的原动力。银行间的竞争就是人才的竞争,知识和技能的竞争。要成为国际一流的现代商业银行,必须改革培训体制,完善培训机制、内容和方法,加快建立与现代企业发展相适应的培训管理体系,科学地培养、激励关键人才,建立属于自己的专业化、高素质的人才队伍,才能从质和量两方面加强商业银行的竞争优势。本文通过对商业银行培训管理体系建设的系统研究,分析其中存在的问题,提出了系统的对策和建议,力求为其以后的员工培训工作提供帮助。
In the era of knowledge economy, human resources are the foundation of bank strength and the core force of the bank’s competitive advantage and the driving force behind its development. Inter-bank competition is talent competition, knowledge and skills competition. To become a world-class modern commercial bank, we must reform the training system, perfect the training mechanism, contents and methods, speed up the establishment of a training management system that suits the development of modern enterprises, cultivate and motivate key talents scientifically, and establish their own specialization, High-quality personnel, in order to enhance both the quality and quantity of commercial banks competitive advantage. Through systematic research on the construction of training management system of commercial banks, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the systematic countermeasures and suggestions to help its future staff training.
