如今,以出生于1980年后并参加工作为代表的新生代员工已经成为帮助企业发展的主力军。在社会环境影响下,他们的思考方式和价值观在不断变化,也正影响着所有的组织。此次实证分析一家民营酒类企业,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式来探索了解新生代员工参与管理现状及其影响因素。
Today, the new generation of employees, born after 1980 and taking part in the work, have become the main force helping the development of the enterprise. Under the influence of the social environment, their way of thinking and values are constantly changing and affecting all organizations. The empirical analysis of a private liquor business, through questionnaires and interviews to explore the understanding of the new generation of employees to participate in the management status and its influencing factors.
