一、国民经济运行情况 上半年,全市经济呈现内需进一步扩大,经济发展加快,经济运行质量提高的良性发展态势,主要表现在以下五个方面: (一)国民经济增势强劲,运行质量稳步提高。全市实现国内生产总值1233.7亿元,增长11％,已连续三年保持两位数增长。第一产业增长4.6％,达到十年来同期最高水平;第二产业增长16％,成为拉动经济增长的主要力量;第三产业增长8％,金融保险、运输邮电等
