Since the 1980s, fungal infections have gradually gained clinical attention. With the widespread use of antibiotics and anti-tumor drugs, gastrointestinal fungal infections are on the rise. However, reports of duodenal ulcer complicated with fungal infections are rare. In order to improve the understanding of this disease, 87 cases of duodenal ulcer patients undergoing gastroscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 1999 to 2000 were enrolled.
