运用V-Cast模拟软件对圆筒混料机底座铸造工艺的凝固过程进行数值模拟,分析了缺陷产生的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过调整冷铁、浇注系统、冒口、补贴工艺,来实现铸件的顺序凝固。经过多次模拟,对铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计,最大程度地消除了铸造缺陷,获得了科学、合理的铸造工艺方案。
V-Cast simulation software was used to simulate the solidification process of the casting process of the base of the cylinder mixer. The location and cause of the defects were analyzed. On this basis, through the adjustment of cold iron, pouring system, riser, subsidies, to achieve the order of the solidification of castings. After several simulations, the optimal design of the casting process plan, to eliminate the casting defects to the maximum, access to a scientific and reasonable casting process.
