这些年来,随着纳米材料的广泛应用,各种各样的纳米产品走进了我们的日常生活中,从而使得更多人开始去关心纳米材料对人身体的影响。近年来,研究者们对纳米材料的毒性展开了很多的研究,研究发现研究纳米材料能够对细胞、器官和组织等引发的毒性。进一步研究发现纳米材料产生毒性的机制主要包括有氧化应激、炎症反应。最后导致细胞发生凋亡[1]。对于了解纳米材料的引发毒性的机制,如何使人们能够安全的使用纳米材料的具有非常重要的意义。本文总结了纳米材料的几种毒性机制。
In recent years, with the wide application of nanomaterials, various kinds of nanometer products have entered our daily life, which makes more people begin to care about the influence of nanomaterials on the human body. In recent years, researchers have carried out a lot of studies on the toxicity of nanomaterials. The study found that the toxicity of nanomaterials to cells, organs and tissues can be studied. Further study found that the mechanism of nanomaterials toxicity include oxidative stress, inflammatory response. Eventually lead to cell apoptosis [1]. It is of great importance to understand how the nanomaterials induce toxicity and how to make nanomaterials safe for use. This article summarizes several mechanisms of toxicity of nanomaterials.
