目的探讨β3肾上腺能受体(β3-AR)基因Trp64Arg变异在武汉市学龄前肥胖儿童中的分布情况及意义。方法对714名儿童的β3-AR基因型进行检测,并测量其体重、身高、胸围,计算体质指数,测查儿童气质类型。结果女童中不同程度肥胖儿童与正常儿童β3-AR基因多态性差异有统计学意义,纯合子变异者甘油三酯水平较高,高密度脂蛋白水平较低,差异有统计学意义,肥胖儿童β3-AR不同等位基因间的气质类型分布差异有统计学意义。结论武汉市学龄前儿童β3-AR Trp64Arg变异基因型的分布与单纯性肥胖、血脂水平和气质类型有关。
Objective To investigate the distribution and significance of Trp64Arg mutation of β3-adrenergic receptor (β3-AR) gene in preschool obese children in Wuhan. Methods The β3-AR genotypes of 714 children were detected, and their body weight, height and chest circumference were measured. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated and the type of children’s temperament was tested. Results There were significant differences in β3-AR gene polymorphisms between obese children and normal children in different levels of children. Homozygous mutation had higher levels of triglycerides and lower levels of high density lipoprotein (LDL), the difference was statistically significant. The obese children There were significant differences in the distribution of temperament types among different alleles of β3-AR. Conclusion The distribution of β3-AR Trp64Arg genotypes in preschool children in Wuhan is related to simple obesity, blood lipid levels and temperament types.
