论述了钇钡铜氧高温超导薄膜在大气中的不稳定性,对比二氧化硅,阐明了氮化硅薄膜作为保护层的优点,并报导了做潮湿实验前后的对比实验结果.最后讨论了氮化硅作为高温超导薄膜保护层的可行性.
The instability of yttrium barium copper-oxygen high-temperature superconducting thin films in the atmosphere is discussed. Compared with silica, the advantages of silicon nitride film as the protective layer are clarified. The comparative experimental results before and after wetting experiments are also reported. Finally, the feasibility of silicon nitride as a protective layer of high temperature superconducting thin films is discussed.
