从富硼渣中提硼是硼铁矿综合利用的关键技术之一.富硼渣活性是影响硼提取率高低的主要因素、研究了化学成分与富硼渣活性及相结构的关系.结果表明:在电炉富硼渣中加入CaO、Al2O3和SiO2后,CaO及Al2O3的加入只改变渣中硅酸盐的种类和结构.对富硼渣的活性没有影响.SiO2的加入则有利于玻璃质物质的形成.使富硼渣活性降低。
Boron extraction from boron-rich slag is one of the key technologies for the comprehensive utilization of ferroboron. The boron-rich slag activity is the main factor influencing the boron extraction rate, and the relationship between the chemical composition and the boron-rich slag activity and the phase structure is studied. The results show that the addition of CaO and Al2O3 only changes the type and structure of silicate in slag after adding CaO, Al2O3 and SiO2 in the boron-rich slag in electric furnace. No effect on boron-rich slag activity. The addition of SiO2 is conducive to the formation of vitreous material. B-rich slag to reduce activity.
