目的研究虎耳草科植物绣球花[Hydrangea macrophylla(Thunb.)Seringe]的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物的结构,即甲基-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅰ),龙胆酸(Ⅱ),邻苯二酚(Ⅲ),8-表番木鳖酸(Ⅳ),caryoptoside(Ⅴ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),山柰酚-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅶ),5,4′-二羟基山柰酚-7-O-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅷ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ),1,2,4-苯三酚(Ⅹ),7-羟基香豆素(Ⅺ),芦丁(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Seringe. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by their spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results The structures of 12 compounds were isolated and identified as methyl-β-rutinoside (Ⅰ), gentisic acid (Ⅱ), catechol (Ⅲ), 8- (Ⅴ), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ), kaempferol-3-O-β-rutinoside (VIII), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (IX), 1,2,4-benzenetriol (X), 7-hydroxycoumarin ), Rutin (Ⅻ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
