考虑侧钻水平井曲率半径大、环空间隙小等特征 ,建立下部钻具力学分析和钻具造斜率计算方法 ,通过垫块厚度、安放位置以及井眼曲率对螺杆钻具造斜率的影响规律分析 ,设计了侧钻水平井造斜钻具组合。经大庆油田 2口侧钻水平井应用表明 ,设计的螺杆钻具造斜率与实钻造斜率十分吻合 ,不仅满足了井眼轨道控制需要 ,还应用垫块取代了稳定器 ,为侧钻水平井设计造斜率高、井眼环空间隙大的动力钻具提供了一种新途径。
