采用乙醇分步沉淀法、超滤法、柱层析分离纯化草菇多糖,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。采用超滤法纯化草菇多糖可以增强抗·OH和DPPH·能力。超滤法获得分子量(MW>100 ku)与(MW5 ku~10 ku)草菇多糖对·OH和DPPH·清除活性均高于未分级草菇多糖,对·OH清除活性分别为68.02%、48.41%,对DPPH·清除活性分别为95.50%、95.54%。采用乙醇分步沉淀法纯化草菇多糖可以增强清除·OH能力。乙醇分步沉淀获得VWPF60、VWPF80草菇多糖对·OH清除活性较高,分别为72.26%、71.77%。
Ethanol fractional precipitation method, ultrafiltration, column chromatography purification of mushroom polysaccharides, and its antioxidant activity. Purification of mushroom polysaccharides by ultrafiltration can enhance the ability to resist OH and DPPH. The molecular weight (MW> 100 ku) and (MW5 ku ~ 10 ku) of polysaccharides from Fructus Mushroom from the ultrafiltration method were higher than that of the uncultivated Russula polysaccharide with · OH and DPPH · scavenging activities, respectively. The scavenging activities against · OH were 68.02%, 48.41 %, DPPH · scavenging activity were 95.50%, 95.54%. Purification of fructus polysaccharide with ethanol fractional precipitation can enhance the ability to scavenge · OH. Ethanol step precipitation obtained VWPF60, VWPF80 Straw mushroom polysaccharide scavenging activity · · OH were higher, respectively 72.26%, 71.77%.
