课程资源的合理开发和利用为教师教学方式和学生学习方式的转变提供了广阔的空间。教材不是唯一的课程资源,根据外语课程资源的性质,可分为师资、教材、媒体(外文影视广播、外语歌曲)、外语出版物(书报杂志)、网络资源、英语角、社区等。教师是最直接、最智能、最丰富、最高效的资源;学生同样也是重要的教学资源。如果教师能够充分地调动学生的积极性,发挥他们的创造性,他们可以成为能量巨大的资源库。
The rational development and utilization of curriculum resources provide ample room for teachers to change their teaching methods and students’ learning styles. Teaching materials are not the only curriculum resources. According to the nature of the foreign language curriculum resources, they can be divided into teachers, teaching materials, media (foreign video broadcasts, foreign language songs), foreign language publications (newspapers and magazines), internet resources, English Corner and community. Teachers are the most direct, intelligent, richest and most efficient resources; students are also important teaching resources. If teachers can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and give full play to their creativity, they can become huge energy resources.
