目的:观察脑梗死患者不同时间体感诱发电位(SEPs)潜伏期变化,为其不同时期神经功能恢复程度提供客观数据。方法:选择脑梗死致肢体运动障碍或感觉障碍58例,分别在入院72h内和疗程结束14天时测定SEPs。结果:脑梗死患者在发病72h和疗程结束14天时SEPs潜伏期差异显著(P<0.05);入院72h和疗程结束14天时SEPs潜伏期变化,与神经功能缺损评分(NIH-SS)有相关性。结论:SEPs潜伏期变化,可为脑梗死患者预后提供客观数据。
Objective: To observe the changes of latent period of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) at different times in patients with cerebral infarction and provide objective data for the degree of neural function recovery in different periods. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of limb dyskinesia or sensory disturbance caused by cerebral infarction were selected. SEPs were measured within 72 hours after admission and 14 days after the end of treatment. Results: There were significant differences in SEPs latency between the onset of 72 h and the end of treatment 14 days (P <0.05). The changes of SEPs latency at admission 72 h and 14 d after the course of treatment were correlated with neurological deficit score (NIH-SS). Conclusion: The change of latency of SEPs can provide objective data for the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
