利用集散控制(DCS)实现多台渗碳炉的在线监测和控制。根据渗碳热处理的基本工艺,确定了多台渗碳炉在线监控的集散控制模型。以单台渗碳炉的炉温和碳势控制为例,由PID调节和TCP/IP网络对炉温和碳势进行在线监控,并对多台渗碳炉的闭环控制进行分析。结果发现:各被控量互不相涉,可实现群控。
Using Distributed Control (DCS) to Realize Multi-carburizing Furnace On-line Monitoring and Control. According to the basic technology of carburizing heat treatment, the distributed control model of multi-carburizing furnace on-line monitoring was established. Taking the furnace temperature and carbon potential control of single carburizing furnace as an example, the furnace temperature and carbon potential were monitored online by PID regulation and TCP / IP network, and the closed-loop control of multiple carburizing furnaces was analyzed. The results showed that: the accused were not related to each other, can achieve group control.
