我国政府承诺到2020年实现单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40%~45%的目标。低碳不仅仅是一种新的经济范畴,低碳社会作为人类长远生存之需要,更是对人类自我约束、自我管理的一个挑战。随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,人员和货物流动的日益频繁,交通需求也在不断增长。交通行业的碳排放是一种刚性碳排放,也是空气污染的主要来源之一。发展低碳交通模式,助推节能减排工作,是我国交通行业在城市化进程中面临的新挑战和新任务。
Our government promises to achieve the goal of reducing carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by 40% -45% from 2005 by 2020. Low-carbon is not just a new economic category. As a long-term survival needs of mankind, low-carbon society is even more a challenge to mankind’s self-discipline and self-management. With the deepening of urbanization in our country, the flow of people and goods is increasingly frequent, and the traffic demand is also growing. Carbon emissions from transport are a form of rigid carbon emissions and one of the major sources of air pollution. Developing low-carbon transport modes and boosting energy conservation and emission reduction are the new challenges and new tasks China’s transportation industry faces in the process of urbanization.
