目的了解少数民族地区初中生灾害现场救护能力现状及影响因素,为进一步提高初中生灾害现场救护能力提供科学依据。方法多阶段分层整群随机抽取贵州省少数民族地区初中生1 215名进行问卷调查,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果仅有7.2%的学生接受过灾害现场救护培训,知识部分平均正确率为51.3%,75.0%的学生对灾害现场救护持正向态度,73.5%的学生有为他人施救的意向,59.6%的学生认为自己对救护知识与技能有把握。多重线性回归分析结果显示,对初中生灾害现场救护行为意向的影响由大到小依次为态度、自我评价、知识、民族(标准化偏回归系数分别为0.345,0.292,0.125,0.056,P值均<0.05)。结论少数民族地区初中生灾害现场救护知识水平和自我评价较低,但态度积极、施救意愿高,学校、家庭及社会应通过多元化途径提高学生的灾害现场救护能力。
Objective To understand the status quo and influential factors of ambulance abilities of junior high school students in ethnic minority areas and to provide a scientific basis for further improving junior high school students’ Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster randomly selected 1 215 junior high school students from Guizhou’s minority nationalities for questionnaire survey, and analyzed the data by SPSS 17.0 software. As a result, only 7.2% of the students received disaster rescue training. The average correct rate of knowledge part was 51.3%, 75.0% of the students took a positive attitude towards the rescue of the disaster site, 73.5% of the students had the intention to rescue others, 59.6% Of students think they have the knowledge and skills of ambulance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influence on ambulance intention of junior high school students on the spot from big to small was attitudes, self-evaluation, knowledge and ethnicity (standardized partial regression coefficients were 0.345,0.292,0.125,0.056, P < 0.05). Conclusion The knowledge level and self-evaluation of ambulances for junior high school students in ethnic minority areas are low, but they are positive and have high willingness to rescue. School, family and society should improve student ambulance rescue capabilities through diversified approaches.
