以聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)和壳聚糖(CS)为主要原料,在其他添加剂的作用下制备可生物降解性塑料聚丙撑碳酸酯/壳聚糖共混物,通过加入不同量的壳聚糖来研究壳聚糖对共混物的力学性能和微观形态的影响。结果表明:共混物熔体流动速率在CS为5份时有最大值,共混物的加工流动性得到提高,而当CS为10份时共混物断裂伸长率有最大值,所以加入CS及其他助剂使共混物的力学性能得到显著提高,共混物的韧性和加工性能得到提高。
Using polypropylene carbonate (PPC) and chitosan (CS) as the main raw materials, a biodegradable plastic polypropylene carbonate / chitosan blend was prepared under the action of other additives. By adding different amounts of shell poly Sugar to study the impact of chitosan on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the blend. The results show that the melt flow rate of the blend has the maximum value when the CS content is 5 and the flowability of the blend is improved. However, when the content of CS is 10, the elongation at break of the blend has the maximum value, CS and other additives to make the mechanical properties of blends have been significantly improved, the toughness and processing properties of the blend is improved.
