对8月龄雄性大鼠切断坐骨神经后皮下注射骨膦8周(BP组),与单纯去坐骨神经组(SN组)及假手术组(SHAM组)作比较,采用骨生物力学、骨病理组织学及骨形态计量学等方法对骨膦的药效进行评价。结果:与SHAM组比较,SN组骨抗弯力、骨小梁体积密度及骨小梁平均宽度、成骨细胞指数明显降低,而破骨细胞指数及尿羟脯氨酸升高;BP组各项指标则与SHAM组无显著性差异。提示:骨膦可有效防止坐骨神经切断所致的失骨。
After 8 weeks of sciatic nerve sciatic nerve severing in 8 month old male rats, bone phosphine was injected subcutaneously for 8 weeks (BP group), compared with the simple sciatic nerve group (SN group) and sham operation group (SHAM group), using bone biomechanics, bone histopathology. Bone histomorphometry and other methods evaluated the efficacy of bone phosphine. RESULTS: Compared with SHAM group, bone bending strength, trabecular bone volume density, average trabecular bone width, and osteoblast index were significantly decreased in SN group, while osteoclast index and urinary hydroxyproline were increased. There was no significant difference between the index and the SHAM group. Tip: Phosphine can effectively prevent the sciatic nerve from being cut off.
