随着社会的快速发展,煤矿企业的数量正在不断增多。如今,人们对煤矿企业人员流失问题的关注程度逐渐提高。煤矿企业要想实现发展目标,就必须留住优秀人才,增强企业员工的凝聚力。虽然煤矿企业发展迅速,经济效益不断提高,但是人员流失给企业带来了不良影响。文章以新疆某煤矿企业为例,2012年,该煤矿企业外聘200名煤矿专业的本科毕业生,后期有50人离开了企业。人员流失并不是某个煤矿企业的偶然现象,而是很多煤矿企业都存在的问题。
With the rapid development of society, the number of coal mining enterprises is constantly increasing. Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the loss of coal miners. In order to achieve the development goals, coal mine enterprises must retain their excellent talents and enhance their cohesion. Although the rapid development of coal mines, economic benefits continue to increase, but the loss of personnel to the enterprise had a negative impact. The article takes a coal mine in Xinjiang as an example. In 2012, the coal mine employed 200 coal mine undergraduates, leaving 50 in the latter period.
