本文主张以和谐思维为指导,提升民营企业的文化管理水平,实现民营企业与社会的和谐发展及其内部诸要素的和谐互补,是构建社会主义和谐社会这一伟大课题中的应有之义。文章分析了民营企业文化管理中存在的不和谐现象及其成因,提出以和谐思维为指导,不断创新民营企业文化管理,包括企业精神文化与行为文化的和谐、企业精神文化与制度文化的和谐、企业精神文化与物质文化的和谐。
This paper advocates the guidance of harmonious thinking, enhances the level of cultural management of private enterprises, to achieve the harmonious development of private enterprises and society and the internal complementarity of the various elements, is to build a socialist harmonious society in this great subject of justice. This paper analyzes the existing discordant phenomena and their causes in the cultural management of private enterprises.
