中草药是慢性乙型肝炎的传统治疗方法,也是有效的慢性乙肝治疗方法之一。但是,近年来我们在临床上发现某些病例使用中草药后导致肝炎加重,故加以整理,作回顾性分析,现汇报如下:1资料与方法1.1一般资料60例均为我科2001～2009年收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者,服用中草药前均为轻度慢性乙型肝炎病例。男42例,女18例,年龄21～55岁,平均(29±5.1)岁;病史9个月～8年,平均4.5年。诊断均符合中华医学会肝病分会2000年制定的《病毒性肝炎防治方案》
