贵金属的高效液相色谱研究在国外已有报道,但其5-Br-PADAP络合物的HPLC分离与测定尚未见报道。本文以国产硅胶为固定相,用自行填充的色谱柱,以乙酸乙酯-正己烷或异丙醇-正己烷为流动相,在选定的条件下十分钟内定量分离了铂、钯、铱的5-Br-PADAP[2-(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚)络合物,并同时测定了样品中的铂和钯,获良好结果;讨论了这些络合物在硅胶柱上的色谱行为。
