目的用Meta分析方法评估低剂量电离辐射对我国放射工作人员外周血细胞的影响。方法搜索有关文献,按照预先设定的纳入排除标准严格筛选后,以受检放射工作者人数、放射工作者外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板异常人数和异常率为基本数据,根据研究数据的异质性检验,用OR作为效应值,然后使用固定效应模型或者随机效应模型进行Meta分析。结果低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员外周白细胞影响的Meta分析中,合并OR值为1.81,95%CI为(1.23,2.65),放射工作人员白细胞异常的危险性要高于非放射工作人员;低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员外周血红蛋影响的Meta分析中,合并OR值为0.83,95%CI为(0.63,1.08),放射组与对照组间没有统计学差异;低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员外周血小板影响的Meta分析中,合并OR值为1.30,95%CI为(0.89,1.90),放射组与对照组间没有统计学差异。结论长期暴露于低剂量电离辐射环境下会显著增加放射工作人员外周白细胞的异常检出率,对血红蛋白和血小板则没有显著的影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of low dose ionizing radiation on the peripheral blood cells of radiation workers in China by Meta analysis. Methods After searching the relevant literature and screening strictly according to the preset exclusion criteria, based on the data of the number of radioactive workers examined, the number of peripheral leukocytes, hemoglobin, platelet abnormalities and abnormalities among radiologists, A sex test was performed using OR as the effect value and then a Meta-analysis using a fixed effect model or a random effect model. Results The meta-analysis of the effect of low-dose ionizing radiation on peripheral leucocytes in radiographers showed a combined OR of 1.81 and 95% CI of 1.23 and 2.65, respectively. The risk of leukocyte abnormalities in radiographers was higher than that in non-radiographers. There was no significant difference between radiotherapy and control groups. Conclusion Long-term exposure to low doses of ionizing radiation can significantly increase the abnormal detection rate of peripheral leukocytes in radiation workers, but not hemoglobin and platelet.
