利用 MI CMS细胞质雄性不育双低不育系、保持系和恢复系研究 MI CMS系统育性的遗传、育性恢复基因的等位性和恢复系的细胞质育性。结果表明 :( 1 )不育系与恢复系杂交后代可育株与不育株的分离比例 ,F2 符合 3∶ 1 ,BC1 符合 1∶ 1 ,不同试验、不同组合间分离比例同质 ,MI CMS系统育性恢复性由一对显性基因控制 ;( 2 )恢复系宁 R1、宁 R3和宁 R4的恢复基因属同一位点 ;( 3 )恢复系宁 R1和宁 R4的细胞质是可育细胞质 ,宁 R2和宁 R3的细胞质是不育细胞质
Using MI CMS cytoplasmic male sterile double low male sterile line, maintainer line and restorer line, the inheritance of MI CMS system fertility, the allelicity of fertility restorer gene and the cytoplasmic fertility of restorer lines were studied. The results showed that: (1) The separation ratio of male sterile lines and male sterile lines in F1 hybrids between male sterile lines and restorer lines was F2: 1: 1, BC1: 1: 1, different experiments.
