目的 :为了探讨护士长的心理应激反应的整体水平。方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 ) ,统一指导语 ,以不记名方式由护士长独立完成。结果 :被测查的 1 6 4名护士长 ,SCL 90各因子分绝大多数低于中国成人常模。精神科护士长除偏执因子分外 ,余 8个因子分与从事护理年限长短之间有差异。结论 :护士长心理应激反应整体效度指标较好 ,精神科护士长心理应激反应的应对水平优于综合科护士长。年轻护士长在角色的转换过程中应注重心理应激控制原则的学习 ,提高应对水平
Purpose: To explore the overall level of psychological stress response of head nurses. Methods: The SCL 90 was used to unify the guideline and was completed by the head nurse in an anonymous manner. Results: Of the 164 head nurses surveyed, most of the SCL 90 factors were lower than the Chinese adult norm. The psychiatric head nurses have the exception of the paranoia factor. There are differences between the remaining eight factors and the length of years of nursing care. Conclusion: The overall validity index of psychological stress response of head nurses is better, and the psychological stress response of psychiatric head nurses is better than general nurse heads. Young head nurses should pay attention to the study of the principles of psychological stress control during the transition of roles and improve the level of response.
