地下室后浇带通常采用钢管、扣件、木方、承板等做成的后支撑体系进行支撑。由于该支撑技术需要大量材料造成成本较高、现场文明施工较差;且由于该技术为后支撑体系,通常因存在虚撑状态导致地下室底板下扰开裂。为了解决这一系列问题,在钢管混泥土独立支撑技术的基础上进行研究,进而提出了地下室后浇带PVC管模独立支撑技术。该技术既节约了成本,又实现了一次浇筑成型、避免了后支撑的弊端,还起到了文明施工的效果。通过保山棚改红花二期工程实例的应用与验证,证明了该技术的经济合理、技术可行性,可为同类工程地下室后浇带支撑提供参考依据。
Basement after the tape is usually used steel pipe, fasteners, wooden side, such as the back plate support system made of support. Due to the high cost of a large amount of materials required by the supporting technology, the civilized construction on site is poor; and because the technology is a post-supporting system, scaffolding usually occurs under the basement floor due to the existence of virtual bracing conditions. In order to solve this series of problems, based on the independent support technology of concrete filled steel pipe, the independent support technology of PVC pipe mold with post-pouring basement was put forward. The technology not only saves costs, but also realized a pouring molding, to avoid the drawbacks of post-support, but also played a civilized construction effect. Through the application and verification of Baoshan Shedding Honghua Project Phase II, it is proved that the technology is reasonable in economy and feasible in technology, which can provide a reference for the post-pouring belt support in similar projects.
