实行并轨改革之后,大部分的中职院校的学生的生源质量显著降低,素质较高的学生堪称凤毛麟角。很多学生因为中考无望,自觉前途堪忧,不得不选择去上中专。这些学生在初中阶段就被定义为差等生,在这样的状况下,大大增加了中职卫校英语教师提高学生英语成绩的难度。所以针对当前的情况应当采取补差的策略,让卫校学生在英语方面的差距越来越小。本文通过对比分析卫校的英语差生形成的原因,然后有针对性的提出相应的解决方案,进而实现将原来的英语差等生转变为优等生的目的。
After the implementation of the merger reform, the quality of students in most secondary vocational schools has been significantly reduced. Students with higher qualifications can hardly be considered as extremely rare. Many students because of the exam is hopeless, consciously worried about the future, had to choose to go to secondary school. These students are defined as poor students in the junior high school, in such a situation, greatly increased the difficulty of English teachers in vocational schools to improve students’ English scores. Therefore, the current situation should be taken to make up for differences in the strategy, so that health students in the English gap between smaller and smaller. This article compares the reasons for the formation of English majors in Health School, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions targeted to achieve the purpose of turning the original English poor students into excellent students.
